going to Lenotre

As baking for 6 years, it is time that I have to find more secret of Pastry in France to upgrade standard. Business is going steadily and unexpected. Searching most of school through internet and preferral recommendation. Lenotre in France is very professional and serious school since they started in 1971, price is of course expensive 4 days for EURO 1950 which is HKD5000 per day which killing me. But timing is match with my schedule in April 6-9, 2010, so why not go for it. LIfe is short, we should paint our life.
